Be positive and live a better life



Sometimes life gets you down, but you can’t

stay down forever unless you allow yourself to do so. I am here to help and encourage and also tell you that life can be stressful at times and you may feel like you’re failing but you can change all that with just a positive outlook on life in general. Here’s how


TO BE THANKFUL



One of the important ways of cultivating a positive mind is to be thankful. I start my day with a grateful heart. I write in my note pad things I am thankful for and also set goals and intentions for every passing day. You could start with this simple exercise and you’d be surprised the outcome.


REMEMBER: NOTHING IS PERMANENT



Change is constant. There will be ups and downs, lows and highs. What’s most important is your attitude towards life. I love reading books by Jim Rohn he’s such an inspiration to me. He said something about the different stages of Life which he titled the “seasons of life” using analogies such as spring, summer, fall and winter. In his book he explains how we all go through the different seasons of life from the harsh winter where things don’t go our way to the fantastic summer where life is beautiful. So always be positive and believe that your problems today would be no more, tomorrow.


STAY AWAY FROM NEGATIVITY



Go far away from people that bring you nothing be negativity, they would ruin your life. You’d be amazed at how much peaceful you’d be when you dont have negative people around. Just like Jim Rohn would say,


“You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.”


Time is extremely valuable, more valuable than money! Why because you’d never get your time back. Be very cautious of the people you let into your cycle. Spend your time with people who would empower you, encourage you and grow with you.


ENJOY SOME ME TIME



Spend time with yourself. Enjoy your own company. Relax, listen to good music, watch a movie, read a book, take care of your skin, go on a walk, organize your room, eat healthy, drink water. Do whatever you need to relax.


SPEND TIME WITH THOSE YOU LOVE



Even tho it’s good to spend time by yourself you should also spend times with the people that love and care about you. I personally love to spend time with my family and friends they make me so happy. With them I could be myself. Spending time and developing strong relationships with loved ones can be a fountain of blessings if we find the love, acceptance, and companionship that makes us happy.


SMILE



Give a big smile to the world, smile even when you are feeling unhappy, smile at your friends and even more at your enemies (toxic people), smile at your problems, smile at that person you see in the mirror.
